Q: How do you guarantee the purity and grade of your Castor Oil?
A: We manufacture and export premium-grade Castor Oil under strict laboratory control. Every batch of Commercial and First Special Grade (FSG) Castor Oil undergoes comprehensive testing for parameters like moisture content, acid value, and color clarity. A detailed Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with every single shipment.

2. Ordering, Samples, & MOQs

Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for international shipments?
A: Because we specialize in bulk B2B trade, our standard MOQ for agro-commodities (like rice, pulses, and spices) and industrial oils is typically one 20-foot container (FCL). However, MOQs can vary slightly depending on the specific product and packaging requirements. Please contact our trade desk for item-specific details.

Q: Can we request product samples before placing a commercial bulk order?
A: Yes. Definitely. We routinely provide complimentary samples to verified business buyers for quality evaluation and lab testing. 

3. Shipping, Logistics, & Packaging

Q: What packaging options do you offer for bulk oils and dehydrated foods?
A: We offer versatile, export-worthy packaging tailored to your logistical needs:

• Oils (Castor & Neem): Available in Flexitanks for massive bulk shipments.

• Agro-Commodities & Dehydrated Foods: Packed in multi-layer paper bags, BOPP, PP bags, Food grade bags, vacuum packaging, or custom bulk cartons to preserve freshness and prevent moisture ingress during transit.

Q: What are your standard shipping terms and typical delivery lead times?
A: We primarily operate on FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms, shipping out of major Indian ports such as Mundra, Kandla and JNPT. Standard lead times range from 10 to 15 days from order confirmation and advance payment receipt, depending on the destination, customization and packaging required.

4. Customization & Diverse Services

Q: Do you offer private labeling or custom packaging for retail distributors?
A: Yes, we provide full private labeling solutions. We can deliver our products in your custom retail packaging, complete with your brand's artwork, barcodes, and required language. Note: Custom packaging incurs an additional cost, which is the responsibility of the buyer.
